Project Managment

IRL Research provides a dedicated Project Manager for every Clinical trial. Our Project Managers work in unison with the Sponsor Team to plan, organize and manages resources to ensure compliance to timelines and budgets. Communication process established prior to the start of any trial will keep our sponsor informed on the progress of a trial. Project Managers also coordinate and set up Investigator Meetings. Our Project Management team is customer-centric and strives to deliver high standards of quality and ultimately a high level of customer satisfaction.
