Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in science or business
  • 6-8 years experience of selling SMO/CRO services in India and/or Abroad
  • Self starter, organized and capable to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify client needs
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally as needed

Job Description

  • sell specialized Clinical trials and other related services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies
  • achieve sales targets, assist in quotes and contract preparation & actively participating in bid & negotiation process
  • Analyze the market, prepare sales forecasts quarterly, prepare the clinical research market situation in terms of services and costs, develop the sales territory and maintain the sales database.
  • Develop strategic plan for business development for expanding client base in India & Abroad
  • Participate and represent the company in various trade shows, industry conferences and other company business unit sales/project management meetings
  • Prepare presentations for Sponsors
